This full-time hybrid role as an Ingeniero Comercial para Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocios is based in Santiago, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, presenting solutions to clients, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and providing training to clients as needed.
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales goals
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in providing Training and presenting solutions to clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the railway or transportation industry is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable
