We are a global engineering technology company specializing in advanced soil stabilization and reinforcement solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects. Our solutions are proven, sustainable, and cost-effective, and have been successfully implemented in thousands of projects worldwide over several decades.

We are expanding our presence in Chile, a strategic growth market, and are seeking a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager to strengthen and grow local activity.

The role requires significant time in the field, engaging directly with clients, partners, and project teams across multiple regions and infrastructure sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales activities across chile, identifying and developing new opportunities and managing complex, long-cycle sales processes for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, and represent the company in commercial meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Support market expansion mainly in the railway sector and industrial or private projects, including taking ownership of additioanl segments as part of the growth strategy.
  • Maintain a strong field presence with frequent travel to project sites and customers, while working closely with headquarters and global teams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, and provide ongoing market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to leadership.

Requirements

  • Engineering background (civil, infrastructure, or related discipline)
  • 3-5 years of Experience mainly in railways construction or ports, airports, or industrial projects
  • Strong interest and proven capability in business development and sales
  • Experience working with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • High level of independence, ownership, and accountability
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work extensively in the field
