AMS Business Development Sr Manager – LATAM (Southern Cone & Andean & Caribbean)

At Brink’s, we are looking for an AMS Business Development Sr Manager to drive the growth of the ATM Managed Services business across the Southern Cone and Andean & Caribbean regions.

This regional role will work closely with Market Unit leaders to identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities, while strengthening AMS commercial capabilities and ensuring flawless service execution across multiple markets.

This is a high-visibility role within a growing business, ideal for a commercial leader with deep expertise in the ATM industry and a track record managing complex consultative sales in multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build effective business development partnerships with leaders and management teams across the region
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ATM Managed Services, including outsourcing models for Financial Institutions and retail deployments
• Lead initiatives to develop AMS commercial capabilities across Market Units
• Identify, assess, develop, and close complex ATM Managed Services opportunities
• Engage senior stakeholders (including CFO-level executives) to communicate financial impact and value proposition
• Support solution design and contract negotiation in collaboration with local teams
• Drive revenue growth and achievement of commercial targets
• Develop regional AMS strategies and business plans

What We’re Looking For

• Five to ten years of experience in the ATM industry in Latin America or financial services with exposure to ATM operations
• Experience in multinational companies
• Ability to develop and close large-scale ATM Managed Services contracts
• Strong financial acumen and ability to engage senior executives
• Experience working in matrix structures and multicultural environments
• Advanced English mandatory
• Willingness to travel regionally
